New Features Supported:
1) Digital Voting
The Digital Voting feature is the voting solution for MOTOTRBO digital radio systems. This feature addresses mismatches in Inbound and Outbound Transmit Power Levels. This is a Charge For Software (CFS) feature.
2) AES Privacy
AES Privacy offers a protection similar to that provided by Enhanced Privacy – where AES uses 256-bit long keys. AES Privacy protects only voice and data messages, including IP/UDP headers. This is a Charge For Software (CFS) feature.
3) Location and Registration in a single CSBK
Improves data communication performance and reliability by using a data transmission method called “CSBK Data”.
4) Mototrbo 2.0 MPT1327 (Analog Trunking Solution)
Allows users to migrate from the older Waris radios to XiR P8600 series and XiR M8600 series via option board.
5) Capacity Plus Enhancement:
Allows up to 8 trunked repeaters and 4 Data Revert repeaters per Capacity Plus system.
6) Work Ticket Management on XiR P8600 series FKP and XiR M8600 series Alphanumeric
Introduces the work ticket management to XiR P8600 series FKP and XiR M8600 series Alphanumeric radios. This feature follows the implementation done on SL series, which allows the users to receive work ticket orders on their radios from the system and respond accordingly.
7) SL series Remote Telemetry
Supports telemetry Text Message Decode and Encode function in SL series.
8) Flexible Receive (Rx) list
Allows radio users to Add/Remove up to 16 Talkgroups (TG) into a “Flexible Rx List” and monitor them in addition to the static Rx List that’s programmed into a channel selector personality. Only supported in Capacity Plus and Linked Capacity Plus systems.
9) Permanent Bluetooth Discoverable Mode
This is a CFS feature that allows users to configure a Bluetooth “Always On Mode” on XiR P8600 and SL series.
10) CPS Read Write Password Protection
To apply codeplug password checking upon write functionality in CPS.
11) Transmit Interrupt Support in Call Hang
Support Data over Voice Interrupt and Remote Voice Dekey CSBK's in Call hang.
12) CRTE CSBK enhancement for MOR (APAC specific)
Enhancement (repeater only) to meet MOR Shunting Yard system requirements
13) Radio Management (RM) R1.2
Charging for software support RM – This feature enables customers to manage all of the CFS inside RM. This way, customers do not have to worry about which PC a feature was registered on as it will all be managed inside the server and they can activate it from any client. This will also give them a snapshot of their fleet of radios and features available.

14) Windows XP and Vista End of Life and End of Support a. Windows XP & Vista OSs End of Support due to OS End of Life b. Microsoft has stopped supporting Windows XP & Vista mainstream, so we will be officially stopping support (includes field support) for these two OSs from end of 2013 (this year) for all PCR CPS products (includes tools). c. PCR has added support for Windows 8 starting this year and goal is to make sure we proactively add support for new Microsoft OSs that come up. d. Some information for reference: ii. Microsoft has stopped providing security patches for these OS's
